Is workout mode in Temple Run 2 compatible with my Apple device?

This feature is only compatible with Apple devices using iOS 14 paired with AirPods Pro or AirPods Max.

How can I turn on workout mode on my Android device?

The workout mode feature is not available for Android OS at this time.

Can I use my standard AirPods or another Bluetooth enabled headphones/earbuds?

At this time, Temple Run 2 Workout mode is only functional with AirPods Pro or AirPods Max that have gyroscope and accelerometer for tracking user's movement. We may support other headphones/earbuds at a later time.

My AirPods Pro/Max are turned on but my movement is not registering. What should I do?

Check your device setting to verify that Bluetooth connectivity is turned ON.

How can I enable/disable workout mode?

In the Temple Run 2 settings menu, toggle the Workout Exercise Controls button OFF to disable and ON to enable. 

Which map(s) can use Workout mode?

Workout mode can be used for any map in Temple Run 2.

When enabling workout mode I am being asked to allow new permissions, what is this?

The Motion And Fitness Tracking permission must be enabled in order for the workout mode to function. This can be done by opening the device Settings > Privacy > Motions & Fitness > Next to Temple Run 2 flip the toggle button to green.

Since I'm not using my finger to double-tap on the screen, how will the Powerup meter be activated in workout mode?

In workout mode, the powerup meter will be triggered automatically once you have collected enough coins to fill the meter.
