At this time, we do not have a solution within Temple Run 2 to reset game data. However, you may be able to delete it manually from your iCloud backup up. ⚠ These actions can't be undone, so please be sure if this is what you want to do. ⚠ If you'd like to continue, please try the following steps:
Deleting TR2 data from iCloud
- Close Temple Run 2
- Open your device Settings menu
- Tap iCloud
- Tap "Manage Storage"
- Tap "Backups"
- Find the device you are currently using. If you have other devices that are signed into the same iCloud account, you will need to repeat this process on each device in order to completely delete each instance of the Temple Run 2 game data from your iCloud account
- From the list of apps, look for Temple Run 2 and slide the toggle button to the Off position (green to gray)
- A confirmation message should appear asking if you are sure you want to "turn off Temple Run 2 backups and delete the backup data from iCloud". If you are sure, tap "Delete".
Delete the TR2 local save data
- From the device home screen/apps list, hold a finger on the Temple Run 2 icon until all the apps shake.
- Tap the (-) or the (x) button that appears in the top corner of the Temple Run 2 icon.
- In the confirmation box, tap "Delete App".
Reinstall Temple Run 2 from the App Store and you should start as a "new user" with no previous game data history.
